He is a valuable asset able to leverage extensive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, global sales, strategy development, operational excellence, team building and complex negotiations in international markets. 

 Gil is a well-rounded executive with a backgrolund in sales, marketing, engineering, design, and materials & processes. He has extensive experience in the industrial products industry delivering new products, managing projects and in R&D. Gil has been heavily involved in tax credit reporting and management resulting from product development. 

 An accomplished, fully bilingual senior executive with high-level analytical abilities and the ability to guide management teams to meet corporate strategic and management objectives. Strong developed skills and experience in operational management, financial reporting, Corporate governance, mergers and acquisition analysis and sale of a business. 

 Accomplished, bilingual, highly energetic and innovative business leader with a strong track record of achievement in the areas of sales & marketing, contract management, operations, and general management. Extensive experience in rotating industrial equipment, manufacturing, MRO operations for the Oil & Gas and power generation industries, with special expertise in operating successfully within highly technical and complex contractual businesses. 

 Fluently bilingual, Gaetan brings nearly 30 years of military and civilian project management expertise to the team. His leadership and management style is founded upon coaching and mentoring. Gaetan is dedicated to continuous improvement and project management best practices tempered by practical experience. 

 Arch has a strong background in process improvement supported by her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.  Holder of a Bachelor of Business Management degree and Graduate Diploma in management, she is a key element of our assessment and process mapping services across clients in financial services, banking, not-for-profit and defense. 

Experienced in the management, development and delivery of ERP & CRM applications in business critical situations. Passionate about data analytics and BI reporting, Rafal is continuously looking for new ways of interpreting data while  searching for opportunities to contain costs and increase revenue. Skills: Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Power BI, QlikSense, SSRS, ASP.NET, Web Forms, SQL Server & T-SQL, C#, VBA, Power Query, (VB5 & VB6).
